Selection of the Deep-Tech TIPS

Hypergram, a manufacturer of hyperspectral cameras, has been officially chosen for the AI category of the “Deep-Tech TIPS” program, which is backed by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. This selection was made with the collaboration of Sunbo Angel Partners as the operating partner.

Hypergram’s recognized technology within Deep-Tech TIPS emphasizes significantly boosting the operational speed of traditional hyperspectral cameras. This innovative solution has garnered acclaim for its quality, uniqueness, and potential for a global market presence in hyperspectral imaging technology.

Deep-Tech TIPS is a part of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' initiatives to support emerging businesses in Korea. The program targets advanced technology startups and offers funding over three years for R&D expenses, alongside extra for commercialization and international marketing. With support amounts roughly three times that of the standard TIPS program, participating firms undergo thorough evaluations based on their technological prowess, business potential, and prospects for international growth.

As a participant in Deep-Tech TIPS, Hypergram has obtained funding in R&D funding. This finance will expedite the creation of ultra-high-speed hyperspectral video cameras utilizing hybrid hyperspectral imaging technology. This milestone is projected to enhance Hypergram’s global competitiveness and pave the way for new opportunities for hyperspectral technology across different sectors.
